well as work closely with senior editors and writers. We're looking for interns who are excited about
any or all our core beats – business, culture and society, science and technology, politics, policy,

About the Role
The Editorial Team at Qrius is among our most selective teams. We are looking for detailed oriented
individuals who have a deep understanding of content. We are looking for individuals that are
exceptional writers with the ability to craft a compelling reader experience by engaging deeply with
the content sent in by our contributors and in house writing team. Individuals with past experience in
editing or individuals with great writing samples will be given preference.
Associates in the editorial team directly face the columnists. They are the primary link
between eminent columnists and Qrius. Hence, an Editorial Associate is required to possess
a high degree of polish.
Associates not only check for grammar, formatting and factual correctness of an article, but
they also play a vital role in shaping the reader’s experience by controlling the tone and the
direction of the article.
The editorial team is a small team, which means there is ample scope for job enlargement,
job empowerment and job rotation. Moreover, acceptance to this team opens up avenues in

We are India’s highest rated Media Application and are looking for individuals who can help us in our efforts to provide the best content to our users. This role requires you to create compelling
infographics and video packages for Qrius’ stories using professional grade tools (the license and
training for which Qrius will provide.
Your work will be Qrius’ face on the AV front – associates are required to have in-depth
understanding of the topic they cover, be prudent with graphics and texts and have a brilliant
aesthetic sense.
Through the course of the program, you will learn to convert 1000-1200 word articles into compelling
short videos, which aptly summarize the findings without taking from the true essence of the Qrius
format of being ‘explainers’.

All members at Qrius can apply for transfers to other teams in the organisation, enabling them to
get experience across the spectrum of activities the organisation is engaged in.
Eligibility
Qrius does not prescribe any eligibility criteria to apply for any roles at Qrius. We believe everyone
should be free to apply to Qrius if they are interested. All positions at Qrius are part-time, and allow
a great degree of flexibility.
However for this role, a good sense of visual aesthetics and succinct communication is key.
Location
All positions at Qrius are virtual and work from home/hostel/Mars. Regardless of your location, you
can feel free to apply to and work with Qrius, as long as you can be reached out to over the internet
Pay
All positions at Qrius are voluntary. However, as the team expands, we will be looking to hire
individuals having shown the highest level of passion for the product.
