Position: Support & Implementation Executives
Required: Final year 2019 batch – B.Com / BBA
JD: The candidate will be required to work with clients and stakeholders in various verticals including Health care, Education, Projects & Infrastructure, Service & Manufacturing, Financial Services, etc to provide digital and IoT solutions for their business objectives using a variety of IBC Cube devices, mobile apps, cloud applications, and analysis tools. This job is a mix of finding and managing new and existing business customer relationships, and working closely with product, execution and support business units to develop IBC’s reach in a given sector.
Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough research & survey of key players, participants, and business trends in the selected industry and identify strategic target solutions. - Identify and target new customers, develop strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders, and consult on strategies for generating maximum business benefits. - Collaborate and consult with key industry players and major customers with the goal of extending relationships. - Develop write-ups, white papers and case studies to highlight solution offerings and benefits for the industry. - Champion new product releases, internally and externally.
Requirements: - Graduate from any field or degree. - The candidate needs to be well communicative & interactive so as to communicate well with customers as well as with sales & marketing teams.
- The job may require significant travel and candidates would need to be willing to travel. - Ability to understand new technologies, business processes and customer requirements/pain points to consult on appropriate solutions.
