Position: Area Supply Manager

Required: Final year 2019 batch B.Com / BBA – Marketing, Mass Com, M.Com

ROLE

Our Team of Area Supply Managers drive the property supply agenda - hence serving as the lifeline as well as the growth engine of this business. The role calls for extensive ground work and strong negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

 Planning and signing long stay residential real estate through local sources (builders,

agents, brokers and home owners)

 Working closely with the Area Supply Head and targeting different clusters for short,

medium and long term supply

 Coordinating with the Transformation and Operations team to ensure that the

property stays active as a profitable business unit

 Managing relations with the property owners - negotiating and re-negotiating as

per business requirement

REQUIRED SKILLS:

 Number Driven Individuals with Go-Getter Attitude

 Strong Communication skills with a touch of assertiveness and confidence

 Ability to negotiate effectively

 Analytical ability – understanding of cost and pricing dynamics

 Ability to see things from the point of view of both suppliers and buyers

MUST HAVEs

 Freshers: Candidates with strong extra-curricular credentials

 Willingness to travel and work on field

 Knowledge of Bengali language
