Relationship Manager for CRED 

CRED is a members-only club that rewards individuals for their timely credit card bill payments by providing them with exclusive offers and access to premium experiences. It is a platform that allows credit card users to manage multiple cards along with an analysis of their credit score. Among many of the features in the app is CRED's credit card spend tracking and management feature which provided the user with analysis of spend tracking and efficiency of usage of the card.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. You will be provided with the leads of dormant users i.e. the users who are not using the CRED application.

2. You will be acting as a Relationship Manager in this project and will be responsible for calling these leads and explaining them the value prop of CRED.

3. Once Explained, as per the process, you have to submit real-time data, a few details about that partner (like call date, status after calling) in the Awign app.

4. You will be using cloud-based calling solution of Awign to make these calls.

5. You will be trained online by the respective manager to understand all the aspects of this internship in detail.

You will be paid on the basis of the number of conversions you do.
