Job Description: Product Development (Academics)
You would be responsible for developing new product verticals as well as manage current product verticals
for our organization to cater to the e-learning demands of the schools. You would be directly collaborating
with our Head of Product Development (Gold Medallist from Indian Statistical Institute). It is an
opportunity to make a real impact on the lives of millions of students and teachers, given the current times
of distress in which schools have been compelled to adopt e-learning technologies, creating an
unprecedented demand for the industry.

Responsibilities - Conceptualise and design new product categories based on the needs of the schools - Design structures for operational efficiencies to develop and launch the product (recruitment, quality
check, monitoring of work) within the constraints of the lockdown - Execute and overview the entire development cycle of the product - Launch the product within the given timeframe
Requirements - Critical thinking and problem solving skills - Planning and organising skills - Strong academic knowledge over the K12 syllabus - Integrity and professionalism - Diligent and thorough with follow ups - Motivated and ability to work independently

Salary: CTC of Rs.7,00,000/- including accommodation and relocation benefits

Location: Work from home for the next few month, then relocation to Kolkata
