By building an AI driven networking platform, Metvy aims to
connect people with the kind of people they are looking for to
solve mutual co-incidence of needs by fostering real time
networking.
Here’s how Metvy is intuitive, hyperlocal, face-to-face and
exclusive.

PROJECT OVERVIEW:
• Collect live primary data, create sample pool of target audience and analyze
the target audience so created by collecting real-time feedback
• Do comparative analysis of competitors and the existing market landscape
analysis
• Propose a new marketing policy for Metvy
• Developing new customer acquisition channels
• Studying the existing target market and preparing go-to-market strategies
which are scalable as well as sustainable
• Suggest ways to capitalize on zero-cost marketing strategies

Project Timelines

Week 1

TASK 01: LIVE DATA COLLECTION
• The first task will involve collection of PRIMARY live data from a
sizeable sample pool, i.e. creating a sample target audience of Metvy
Users
• Once such a pool of users is created, prepare and float a Questionnaire
(containing 15 questions) regarding pivotal facets of the product like
customer perception, user interface, user experience,
suggestions/feedback etc.
• The data collected in the questionnaires should serve as a feedback
hence giving you insights into needs of customer, if Metvy is able to
target and satisfy the same, how to market better etc.
•Necessary details, if any, will be communicated by the POCs well before in time.

Week 2-3

TASK 02: MARKET RESEARCH AND ANALYSIS
•The second task will involve doing market research, primarily secondary
research.
• This task involves a thorough analysis of the target market and research on at
least 5 competitor’s and their marketing strategies as well as cost involved.
•Analyse and evaluate the current marketing landscape and trends which can be
leveraged
•After researching about Marketing trends and doing a competitor analysis,
evaluate the current marketing strategies of Metvy and conduct a SWOT analysis
of for the same
•Develop at least 3 new customer acquisition channels both online as well as
offline and suggest ways to capitalise on zero-cost marketing strategies.
•Prepare a comprehensive report (word/ppt document) addressing the
aforementioned points.

Week 4

TASK 03: REPORT SUBMISSION
• The final task involves compilation of the data and analysis results generated in
the previous two tasks.
• Segment 1 of the report should contain the sample size (no. of Metvy users that
you chose as your target market), their answers to the questionnaire, graphs
reflecting their involvement with the app (positive as well as negative)
•Segment 2 of the report should contain Task 2 analysis.
• Segment 3 shall contain a comparative analysis of the current marketing
strategies and the new ones being proposed by you.
•Make sure the consultancy and advisory being backed by you is supported by
statistics, real-time feedback and live data collected during Task 1, Week 1.
