Nestasia is a growing e-commerce startup in the home decor segment based in Kolkata. Our's is a unique one of a kind business with an opportunity in a market that is going through a slowdown.  

We are in need of a Client Communications Manager who will also be responsible for written content creation. We are looking for a dynamic young individual who can confidently be a spokesperson for the company, scout for customer validation through reviews, resolve issues and is a spontaneous quick thinker with good copy writing skills.

Job Description

Nestasia is seeking a Client Communications and Content Creation manager based in Kolkata to help

us in addressing all customer communications, building and managing customer relationships and

resolving issues and concerns while creating copy that is centred around the customer.

Responsibilities

• To build relationships with customers on social media through engagement, answering

comments and responding to questions and being the spokesperson of the brand

• To resolve customer concerns and issues through active communication on WA, IG, FB

• To gather customer validation through reviews (Facebook, Google, etc. )

• To write captions for social media posts and blog content creation

• To speak to customers regarding order confirmation, delivery delays and issue resolution

• To write and check product descriptions for the website

• To support the creative team wherever necessary

Requirements (essential)

• Bachelor’s degree

• Excellent communication skills

• Fluency in English (oral & written)

• Self-motivated to work in a start-up environment

Requirements (preferable)

• Two years of start-up experience

• Experience in the retail sector

• Design and Home Decor knowledge

• Social media marketing, content management

• Photography and web designing
