Post: Intern- Market Research
Duration: 2 Months Full Time (50 hours per week) or
6 Months part time (25-30 hours per week)
Stipend: Performance Based (Upto 20k for Full time, Upto 50K for Part time)

Job Description:
Selected intern’s day to day responsibilities include:
• designing questionnaires and advising on methodology of collection of data
• collect, research and analyse data under the direct supervision of an experienced
marketing representative.
• managing focus groups, carrying out interviews and conducting surveys
• gathering information regarding competitors’ products and services, conducting
interviews with consumers and focus groups, or compiling data through the use of
surveys or questionnaires.
• Review the data with the marketing team to determine what changes or improvements
should be made to boost sales or reduce costs.
• Understanding the market structure and trends across various segments by analysing
various factors that shape the market growth
• Undertake activities for platform promotion and collect responses and insights from
them in your report.
Qualifications Required
• Strong working knowledge of principles of marketing, research methodology
techniques and analysis of data
• Ability to cope with fast-paced and pressured work
• Strong attention to detail and a strong analytical mind.

Position: Intern- Content Writer
Nature: 2 Months Full time (50hours per week)/6 Months Part Time (25-30
hours/week)
Stipend: Unpaid
Job Description:
• We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented writer to develop content for
our platform.
• Must be proficient in researching the various topics and industry trends and
produce content on tight deadlines.
• Brainstorm with the editorial and creative team for new ideas and strategies
for effective content.
• Create content that is original with eye-catching and innovative headlines
Requirements and Qualifications:
• Proficiency in English.
• Excellent grammar and writing skills
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Self-motivated and self-directed
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs

Position: Intern- Full stack developer
Nature: 2 months Full time (50hours)/ 6 months part Time (25-30 hours)
Stipend: Performance based
Job Description:
• Develop front-end using (HTML, CSS, jQuery, JavaScript, React and Angular, etc.)
• Develop back-end using (Node, Express, Firebase, MongoDB, Google Cloud
Services, PHP, Python, etc.)
• Work on CMS/eCommerce platforms such as Wordpress and Shopify
• Test and Debug code using modern tools and techniques
• Developing beautiful interfaces
• Working on PostgreSQL, JavaScript, etc.
• Working with Git
• Maintaining code quality and working on automated testing, continuous integration,
code reviews, and documentation
• Perform routine checks to ensure hardware and systems are stable and operating
efficiently
• Identify and resolve software problems as they arise
• Determine opportunities to improve efficiency and stability in data processing and
workflow
• Develop protocols for checking for and repairing software bugs
• Navigate workload ticketing system and resolve tickets in order of urgency
• Stay up to date on industry trends and technologies in order to ensure the
organization is taking advantage of the most current technology
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or computer engineering is strongly preferred
• 2+ years experience as a software or systems engineer preferred
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JS-React/Ember/Vue/Angular (hands-on, not just
theoretical)
• Knowledge of REST API development (Django - preferred/Node/Express)
• Knowledge of database operations (MySQL/PostgreSQL/MongoDB)
• Must know basics of Node.js
• Must have superior analytical thinking and problem solving skills
• Self motivated and able to work with minimal supervision and still meet deadlines
• Open to collaboration and able to work productively as part of a team
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and able to break down
complex technical problems into simple terms
• Superior attention to detail in order to spot minute errors in code

Job Description:

Primary Responsibility: to combine marketing and social media management skills in order

to enhance social media presence including interacting with customers, promoting brand-
focused interactive and engaging content, and expanding opportunities for revenue.

Selected intern’s day to day responsibilities include:
• Work with social media team members to create innovative social media campaigns
• Create marketing and social media campaigns and strategies, including budget
planning, content ideation, and implementation schedules
• Ensure brand consistency in marketing and social media messages by working with
various company department members, including advertising, product development,
and brand management
• Collect customer data and analyses interactions and visits, plus using this information
to create comprehensive reports and improve future marketing strategies and
campaigns
• Report daily progress to COO
• Grow and expand company social media presence into new social media platforms,
plus increase presence on existing platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter,
and Instagram
• Keep up-to date and informed on new social media trends and adapt accordingly
• Research and monitor activity of company competitors
• Create and distribute engaging written or graphic content in the form of e-newsletters,
web page and blog content, or social media messages
• Assist with website copy writing, proofing and updating as needed
Qualifications Required
• Preferred relevant course completion in digital marketing or social media marketing
from a reputed platform
• Strong working knowledge of SEM, SEO, content marketing, digital marketing and
social media marketing
• Ability to take initiative and employ good judgement and manage responsibilities
from beginning to end
• Excellent writing, editing and proof-reading skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and adapt as and when required
• Availability of designated hours per week as per the selected tenure.

Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s Degree from a top-tier institute and 1 year experience within a B2B sales/
account management role, ideally within the Edutech industry will be preferred
