Melrose Creations Private Limited under the Ruia Group of companies. The scope will be developing new markets and 
sales segments (online platforms, corporate tie-ups, pharma companies 
and so on) for the newly launched medical equipment in Dunlop Brand. 
Melrose is a startup company with a small team and big dreams within a 
well-established group. Hence it is young scrappy and hungry company and 
looking for candidates who enjoy the exciting start up culture.

The prospect will conduct market survey, prepare and implement sales 
strategy, and do special projects as required by the firm. Ideal 
candidate will be entrepreneurial in nature, a self-starter with a 
strong preference for freedom to run their process as opposed to being 
micro-managed.  Additionally, the prospect will be creative to explore 
new and unconventional sales segments & promotional strategies. If the 
person is determined and ambitious, scope for growth is limitless in the 
organization.

Candidates must possess the following:
       A demonstrated interest in business development
       Strong communication and primary research skills
       Hard-working, intellectually curious, passionate and driven to succeed
       Responsible and self-motivated

We are keen to get 3 interns onboard - Girls only. 

In addition to that, we are seeking one full time experienced candidate with at least 5-7 years of 
experience any background must have experience in sales 

for the senior Sales position we are open to any educational background with hardcore  experience in sales and team management. CTC Rs 45000/- to 50000/- a month.

For the stipend position, we want final year students, stipend of Rs 10000/- per month to each. Stipend period would be minimum of 6 months. Office timing would be 9.30am to 6 pm.
