Position  :  TRAINEE  - MARKETING  ( DOMESTIC / EXPORTS )

Designation: Trainee  -   Marketing (Domestic / Exports)

No. Of requirement : 10  - 12 

Location of work : Kolkata  ( Godrej Waterside  Building  , Salt Lake City )

Gender : Male  candidates  Can Only  apply,

Tenure of Training  : 12 months  On – The – job training , along with  class room trainings from time to time , to be groomed for  domestic / Export Marketing job .

Department : Sales & Marketing (B.COM / BBA / M.Com)

Man Specification :  Fresher  with 1-2 year  experience in marketing,  who are good in both written & spoken English and have the zeal to learn ..

Education required :Minimum Graduate , having secured not less than 50% marks .

Other Benefits: The final  placement shall depend on  how the candidate shapes up .  

He will be absorbed  in company’s  regular rolls with proper designation  &  salary / benefits  as per Rules , after  successful completion of training .Those  dealing in exports will get the opportunity  of foreign  link up .

Stipend   : Is commensurate with  Qualification & Interview performance .

Job  Profile  : The candidate will be  trained to handle -

1.     Domestic  /  International Business Development Operations.

2.     Domestic / Export Sales Coordination .

3.     Domestic / Export order processing .

4.     Commercial negotiation for Domestic  / Export sales contract & Foreign purchase contract

5.     Shipment coordination  for export  Sales  /supply chain & Logistic activities for both Domestic / Export sales .

6.     Domestic  / Overseas vendor development  by cold calling & follow up .

7.     Coordinate /follow up for dispatch , delivery , shipment schedule & payment collection .

8.     With focus on increasing  business volume , constant business generation  in    

domestic / international market  .

9.     Business communication & development with  domestic  /  overseas suppliers /

sellers .
