Grofers is a hyper local shopping platform where
consumers can connect with the stores in their neighbourhood through an easy to
use mobile application and shop for Grocery, Bakery, Meats, Fruits & Vegetables,
Baby Care, Flowers, Pet Food, Cosmetics and more from their favourite stores
along with delivery at their doorstep in an average time of 90 minutes. Some
of our leading partners are Flury’s, Krazy for Chocolates, Emami,
Arambagh, Balram Mullick, Little Shop, Haldiram's, Ferns N Petals, and
more than 300 similar brands.We want to propose an opportunity for the students
of St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata to sign up for a month long internship program
starting from a mutually agreed date. This would not only get them a chance to
be associated with our firm but also will give the selected students a good
amount of exposure and a chance to win exciting incentives.
The internship would include a session with the selected applicants
wherein they would be educated about the app. Applicants would be required to
get as many unique orders as they could get. They would need to maintain a
database for the same mentioning the name, number and the order ID of the
customer. Every week they have to write a report mentioning the number of
orders and all other details for the same.
Students have a chance to get a Pre-Placement
Offer, depending on their performance.
The
incentives would be as the following:
- First 10 orders= Rs.50/order
- Next 15 orders= Rs.75/order
- Between 25 orders to
35 order= Rs.100/order
- Each order above the
35th order= Rs.150/order
We are looking for candidates with good communication skills and those
who have a drive for sales. The benefit of this program would be that the
students won’t be missing their lectures or examinations and would be rewarded
with monetary incentives along with a certificate at the end of the program.
