Role: Associate - Sales and Operations
Required: Final year 2018 batch B.Com / BBA - Sales and Marketing
Account Management and Implementation:
1. Own and nurture the relationship with the Doctor and Staff
2. Configure, train and rollout HealthPlix EMR at the Clinic
3. Lead change management at the Client Clinic for a successful implementation
4. Be a point of contact for all customer interactions – support queries, handling product requirements 5. Communicate, Train, Coach and lead a team of Operations executives to ensure successful implementation at client locations
Sales activities:
1. Generate and qualify leads from primary and secondary sources
2. Build excellent relationships with Client Doctors
3. Pitch HealthPlix EMR (Electronic Medical Record) to the Doctor in-person
4. Articulate why HealthPlix EMR will be a great value-add for the Doctors
5. Rigorous and structured follow-up to close the deal
Skills we look for:
1. Excellent at articulating the HealthPlix value proposition
2. Great at prioritizing tasks to get things done
3. Quick to learn the product and fully understand the context in which it is deployed
4. Engage the customers in immersive conversation
5. Excellent communication skills 6. Highly sociable and good with people
7. Being self-assured without being arrogant
Compensation: Rs.3/- LPA
Locations: Kolkata
