IDBI Federal Life Company Ltd invites applications for summer interns.The details are as follows

Functional Area- Marketing/ Finance/ HR/ Banking

Location: Across India. Students will be allowed to work hometown location. Training will be provided in the campus-based city only

Required: B.Com, BBA, Statistics, Economics, M.Com

Selection Methodology-  Either screening of resume / Telephonic interview.

As per government financial awareness and information sharing initiatives the module will address a win-win aspect of society in holistic level and career in the personal stand.

The module comprises of Training in following areas followed by specified Job Roles:

Responsibilities of timely processing of bank transactions like.

Reconciliation of office accounts

Ensuring timely resolutions of customer queries and improving customer service level

Product and process Knowledge

Updating KYC

MF/Equity/Insurance/ Bond

Tax planning

Corporate taxes

Business Insurance

PL/ HL project Loans and assessment process

Sales and Compliance

Direct sales and sales targets

On the job training in Retail Sales

Basic Knowledge of Insurance/Banking/Investment 

Product Plans

Hands on experience of working in Investment firm

Suggest Any area of Improvement

Research Work in Specialized area

Module duration

8 weeks

1^st 2 weeks Training on different aspects and examinations

2^nd 2 weeks-Handholding

Next 4 weeks-Field and departmental exposures along with providing a platform for performance-based incentive earnings
