Position 1: Intern Analyst
Job Description:
• Sourcing data from various teams & individuals and preparing MIS for the management.
• Analysing the data and reporting the analysis to the management by preparing presentations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Power Point) and Gsheets.
• Must be a team worker.
• Ability and zeal to google information for research work and being self motivated at work is a must.
Position 2: Intern - Client Relationship Management
Job Description:
• Maintaining client relations and entertaining client grievances.
• Generating, analyzing and sending regular performance reports to clients.
• Monitoring client performance and raising alarms when certain thresholds are breached.
• Troubleshooting and guiding them on operating the product.
• It is a client facing role so candidate must be comfortable and confident in talking to clients.
Stipend: Rs. 5,000 per month
Internship Tenure: 6 months
Number of vacancies: 2
Location: Kolkata
Eligibility: All departments - 1st Year, 2nd year and 3rd-year students.
