*Creating a pool of potential candidate from different sources like Naukri, Walk-in, employee referrals

*Coordinating with the managers for taking references and scheduling the candidates for interview 

*Creating a pool of product-specific candidates

*Analysis and creating different sources for frontline recruitment

*Assisting HR team in different HR operation.

Stipend: Up to 10000 Rs per month.
