Position: Associated Research Executive

Required: 2018 graduate batch from - Math, Economics, Statistics, BBA, Mass com, Sociology and Commerce stream

Location: Kolkata, Delhi

Career Roles

- Research who interact with clients, develop proposals and questionnaires and analyse and report the findings
We are looking for talent for their Research function for different levels & roles:
Career Responsibilities
The Researcher’s responsibilities will include
 Understanding the client’s business problem and converting it into a Research Proposal
 Developing Questionnaires/Data Collection methods to address the business issues
 Analyzing the data in the business context
 Presenting the findings to provide solutions to the Client
 Researchers are expected to dig deep into the data – using data enquiry software and multivariate
analysis – to extract incisive and business-oriented analysis
Career Requirements
We are interested in researchers who
 Are perceptive to client’s marketing problems and oriented to provide business solutions
 Are very numerate
 Have very good analytical skills to draw meaningful insights from a mass of data
 Are willing and enthusiastic learners
 Have good written & oral communication skills
 Have the ability to service clients and perform under deadline pressure
 Have excellent Business Development and Client Relationship skills for the more senior roles
