eWards, an initiative of the Arjava Group, is a comprehensive digital solution for businesses that allows them to acquire, retain and engage with their customers via various touch points and by analysing the customer spend and visit behaviour data, helps them run various automated customer engagement programs to improve client retention and increase fresh acquisition. We started out of Kolkata but have now expanded into more than 30 cities in a span of less than 3 years!

Position 1: Relationship Manager

Job description:

1. Client Acquisition - Getting new clients on board

2. Client Servicing - Servicing the existing and new clients

3. Team Management - Managing the entire team, team building and coordination with the immediate sales head

4. Marketing Ideation - Formulating marketing plans for clients and help them increase revenue and sales via the platform

Stipend- As per industry standards + Reimbursements upto Rs. 5000 + High Incentives.

Position 2: Intern- Client Servicing Manager

Job description:

1. Handle client service for the existing and new clients

2. Manage the entire team; work on team building and coordinate with the immediate Sales Head 

3. Formulate marketing plans for clients and help them increase revenue and sales via the platform

Stipend- As per industry standards 

Internship Tenure- 6 months
