Internship
Going to School is a creative non-profit trust, which beliefs in teaching skills to the kids from the low socio-economic group with the help of stories, currently we are running our program Be! School with 1000 government schools of Bihar, and our TV series Scrappy News is been shown on National Channel in the year 2018 and we are in process of making the new episodes which will be broadcasted on Rishtey channel this year. We are in the process of launching our new program in Kolkata which will help the kids from low-socioeconomic group to learn skills to find a job, entrepreneurship, etc.
Location - Kolkata
Position – Internship (with the prospect of full-time contract)
Duration of Internship* - 2 months
Job descriptions (in details) – We want the Interns to take interview of the kids within the age group of 16 to 22 years who come from a low-socioeconomic group who travel on public transport.
They should be able to audio or video record the interview and transcribe in the standard format.
Should be able to work on a deadline
Willing to travel by public transport.
Students background – The eligible candidates should be from BA Mass Comm, BA Animation and BA Sociology Hons. However, Going to School is a passion-driven organization any student who is passionate to make videography, photography, design, illustration, content writing and willing to pursue a career can also apply.

Stipend - Rs. 5,000 to 10,000/- for the project.
