Verzeo is an AI-based ed-tech startup revolutionizing the way students learn which is fun-filled practical learning based on the Industry requirements.
This we do by using our flagship programs.  At Verzeo, we not only assist students with holistic learning but also emphasize on applying what they have learned through our capstone projects to prepare them for employment opportunities that await them. Verzeo is looking for young Sales Executives who believe in doing their bit for society and help young college graduates become employable. 

Job requirement (sales executive):
  • Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
  • Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
  • Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
  • Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  • Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Campus Hiring Process:
VERZEO will be using Autogram, a Video Resume/Interview app to shortlist the candidates.
  • The first round will be a Video Interview round on Autogram. 
  • Shortlisted candidates will be sent to the company's office for a final interview.

Guidelines for giving the Video Interview
  1. The interview can be given by a webcam-enabled computer/Smartphone.
  2. The students need to be formally dressed before starting the interview.
  3. They need to be in a well-lit, silent environment.
  4. They need to answer all the questions
Max Duration of the interview - 15 minutes.
