India Fellow is a 13-month Social Leadership Program for Young Indians who, during this journey, work full-time with a grassroots organization on a social issue. Along with that, they receive training from the fellowship, an opportunity of peer-sharing with other Fellows and Alumni, mentor-ship from sector leaders and experienced professionals. Some of our partner organizations are HIAL-Himalayan Institute of Alternative, Aajeevika Bureau, Manndeshi Foundation to name a few.

The selection process is as follows:
- Applicants fill a detailed online application form.
- Shortlisted candidates will go through a telephonic interview.
- Those who qualify will be invited for a day of the assessment process and personal interview.
Eligibility:
- You are between 20 to 28 years of age
- You are already a graduate (in any discipline) or will be by October 2019
- You are an Indian citizen or a person of Indian origin
- You are ready for a 13-month full-time commitment to the fellowship
