Required: Final year 2020 batch B.Com, BBA, B.Sc - Physics, COP – Finance, Marketing

Cut off: Class X and XII - 60%

             UG - 55% and above in Graduation ie. average of all semesters till date with No year gap during Graduation

JD: This role are in the commercial domain with one of the 14 manufacturing divisions of GodrejNature of the job would involve financial acumen, stakeholder management and relationship building

Remuneration details :

▪Fixed Salary: Rs. 4,05,000/- per annum

▪Variable Salary :

- Individual Performance Linked Variable Pay(Potential to earn up to 30 % of Base Pay)

- Business Performance Linked Variable Pay (Depending on the Company & Business

Performance during the Financial Year against the Business Plan)

Service Bond: 2 years (Rs. 1,00,000) Applicable for One year of traineeship and one year
