Hamari Pahchan is a non-governmental organization, endeavouring and attempting to make Delhi more secure and a more joyful spot to live. It gives a stage to the meriting individuals from the general public, to make their character and carve out a niche for themselves. HAMARI PAHCHAN intends to widen this exercise of identification. It is not just limited to a specific gender, age group or a particular methodology for conditioning the advancement of this society. Whether it is about women, children, older people, it attempts to connect with everyone and each segment of society.
The organization has come a long way with now over 5000 active members working relentlessly to support the cause. Along with this more than 18000 volunteers are engaged in NGO activities and projects.
About the ‘Work from Home’ job/internship
Selected interns day to day responsibilities includes:
1. Social media tasks in which candidates are asked to read about the organisation and go through our ongoing projects. Posting comments on social media posts daily which will help you in being up to date regarding our working.
2. Invite more and more people to like and subscribe to our social media handles to help us increase our reach in the community and benefit yourself at the same time by enhancing your social worker profile.
3. Circulate the fundraising posters among their contacts and help us in raising funds for our projects and ongoing initiative.
4. Candidate has to take an active part in the weekly task of writing our suggestions and strategies which will help us in organisational growth and at the same time help the candidate in building strategies.
5. Work on content writing which should be original and will be published on our website as well as other social media handles. Also, due credits will be given on the content writing (as in articles, blogs or any content published in our magazines).
6. Ideating, creating and promoting our posts to their own different social media platforms.
7. Help us in planning social media campaigns to reach a wider audience, increase our initiatives’ awareness.
8. be ready to ponder your creativity by creating attractive stories and posts for our social media handles.
Skill(s) required
Social Media Marketing, good command over the language (either Hindi or English), should have accounts on all the social media platforms (Specifically: Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn), punctuality of submitting tasks before the deadline and fresh ideas for content writing.

We provide our interns with various tasks which involve them at their greatest context and make them think, analyse and brainstorm the potential they have. We identify it and help them to get their skills polished. Again, we channelize their efforts and our platform in such a manner that they will be utilizing the resources at its fullest. Their training usually starts with making them familiar with the organisation’s core functioning and to make them aware of our mission and goals. While analyzing our social media handles and website they can watch and observe our working pattern and the growth. At the same time, we ask them for the possible correction and amendment that can be done for a better outlook of our image on the social media platforms. Their suggestions help us up to great limits.
Not only an introductory task eventually we increase the level of the tasks and make them work in every aspect, be it be brainstorming new initiative ideas or working on the content of the existing one. We try hard to make them a part of the organisation by involving them through their skills.
After this, we also conduct live sessions so that we get to have a face to face introduction of our team. Weekly sessions are being conducted for the interns. One of them is organised for mental health as well. Interns on their part take active participation in the session and send their questions in advance.

Following are the details and responsibilities of in-office internship(Special research program):
Under this internship, the candidate has to pick a social cause they believe in, which can benefit the underprivileged section of the society and make a detailed project report about the same. Include all the necessary details including a background, a PPT, budget, how to make that project cost-effective etc.
If the project will be selected towards the end of the program by the state govt. or any big organisation then some percentage of the profit will be shared with the winner. If the winner wants to donate it or invest it for another program, is completely up to them. If the project is further selected by the officials, the winner will get to work with the state government for the same.
