Job Description
In your role as a Business Development Executive you will be at the forefront of defining the right partnership to help grow our B2B revenue. In this exciting new role, you will be responsible for new business sales to Tutorials and Schools across India. You’ll manage all aspects of the sales cycle working closely with technical counterparts where necessary.
Key Responsibilities
Lead generation and prospecting new business opportunities
Schedule and attend calls, meeting with new and existing client
Plan and Prepare presentation for sales meetings and calls
Managing and grow account base with new business mindset and up-selling
Lead the expansion in new territory and manage close relations with clients
Key point of contact between tutors/schools and myELSA
Ideate and execute new strategies to increase growth for the startup
Requirements
Bachelors degree from a reputed university
Prior new business sales experience will be essentials
Strong and professional phone manner
Startup experience is favorable
Excellent communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Willing to hustle and to wear multiple hats
Comfort in a fast paced, entrepreneurial mindset in startup environment
