ZS’s India Capability & Expertise Center (CEC) houses more than 60% of ZS people across three offices in New Delhi, Pune and Bengaluru. ZS's Business Analysis group designs and delivers solutions to help our clients tackle a broad range of business challenges. Our teams work on multiple projects simultaneously, leveraging advanced data analytics and problem-solving techniques. Our recommendations and solutions are based on rigorous research and analysis underpinned by deep expertise and thought leadership.
Strategy Insights & Planning Associates (SIPAs) create and deliver solutions for our clients and project teams. SIPAs leverage their analytic, synthesis and communication skills to derive insights and solve business problems. In particular, SIPAs apply problem-solving frameworks to client issues, support clients in change initiatives and employ standard analytic techniques to help guide client decisions.
Responsibilities:
• Leverage problem solving skills and frameworks to develop solutions to client business problems
• Understand the problem and formulate hypotheses that can be used to solve the problem
• Conduct market research and/or desk research to derive insights and inform client decision making
• Design the solution keeping final outcome in mind
• Design custom analyses and present outcomes using Excel, PowerPoint, ZS’s proprietary software, among others
• Work in a team comprising of members from multiple offices and seek focused ideas through
collaboration to address the problem efficiently
• Effectively summarize analyses or research output highlighting insights
• Collaborate with client and ZS teams to implement solutions;
• Take immediate responsibility for project deliverables
• Drive problem solving and advance ZS’s sales + marketing capabilities.
• Build subject matter expertise in order to understand the overall business of the client and execute similar projects more efficiently
Qualifications:
• Final Year 2020 batch Bachelor's degree in any discipline with a strong academic record; background in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics and B.com (minimum cut off CGPA 7 and above)
• High motivation, good work ethic, maturity and personal initiative;
• Comfortable with unstructured problems
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Effective oral and written communication skills in English
• Empathy, adaptability and emotional intelligence
• Strong attention to detail, with a quality-focused mindset
• Self-discipline for planning and organizing tasks
• Aptitude for analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills, with a creative outlook
• Aptitude for, and enjoyment of, working in teams.
