1. Manager / Head of Marketplaces (Amazon) 

This is a unique opportunity to work with a high growth direct-to- consumer (D2C) company in the food and beverage space - to help drive our marketplace partnerships, sales, visibility and reputation.

Specific responsibilities will include:

  • Managing our operations and reputation on Amazon & Flipkart
  • Planning our roadmap for growth on these marketplaces and delivering on them
  • Working with different marketing agencies and teams to achieve targets
  • Maintatining a cordial relationship with existing marketplaces and ensuring compliance with all marketplace policies for good account health
  • Driving partnerships for new marketplaces in India and overseas

Requirements:

  • 2-5+ years of experience in ecommerce or as an account manager at a startup
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to hustle and manage multiple work streams effectively

2. Community Manager

As the Community Manager, you own and contribute to communications with our community of coffee-drinkers and our prospective customers. You will help address customer questions, educate them about our products and engage with them in a meaningful way to champion the Country Bean brand.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a WOW experience for our community through chat, social media, email and any other relevant platforms
  • Harness our knowledge base to educate our community about our products and initiatives
  • Work closely with our social media team to identify and implement strategies for community engagement
  • Increase automation, implementing best practices at scale, and driving satisfaction, retention, and cross-sell/upsell

Requirements:

  • 0-5 years of work experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • A keen understanding of social media trends and customer behaviour is a plus

3.  Sales Manager / Head of Sales

Specific responsibilities will include:

  • Inbound sales and partnerships
  • Cross border sales
  • Corporate and festive gifting
  • Partnerships and alliances with HoReCa (hotels, restaurants and cafes)
  • Partnerships with distributors and resellers
  • Driving entries into new verticals and markets
  • Marketing partnerships to drive awareness

Requirements:

  • 3-5+ years experience in sales or business development in ecommerce or at a startup
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to hustle and manage multiple work streams effectively

4. Customer Experience Executive / Manager

As a Customer Experience Executive, you own and contribute to messaging across all stages of the customer lifecycle. From new users to repeat users — you will help resolve customer issues, move metrics and deliver happiness.

Responsibilities:

  • Work well under pressure to deliver a WOW experience for our customers through email, chat and phone support
  • Harness our knowledge base to inform solutions that balance customer needs with business goals
  • Liaison with various teams, including operations and logistics to resolve customer issues within deadlines
  • Champion the Country Bean brand voice and tone throughout all channels
  • Increase automation, implementing best practices at scale, and driving satisfaction, retention, and cross-sell/upsell

Requirements:

  • 0-5 years of work experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Fluent in English and Hindi
  • Deadline-driven with strong time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail with organization skills

5. Content Strategist

As a Content Strategist, you own and  contribute to messaging across all stages of the funnel. From product launches to early lifecycle to repeat users, you craft content that stays true to the Country Bean brand while moving metrics. You’ll never compromise voice and tone, but may offer a concise alternative to move the CTA above the fold, or lean into an urgency tactic to boost sales. Those decisions will be intentional and carefully thought through each time.

Responsibilities:

  • Write and edit emails, ad copy, blog posts, landing pages, product naming, education materials, and social content
  • Champion the Country Bean brand voice and tone throughout all channels
  • Harness research to inform solutions that balance audience needs with business goals
  • Write hard-hitting copy that drives action and performance
  • Partner closely with engagement, paid acquisition, product marketing, and other cross-functional leaders to drive consensus across teams
  • Quickly adapt to last-minute asks and changing timelines
  • Guide content strategy for lifecycle campaigns, experiments, and programs to ensure there’s consistency with every touchpoint
  • Effective presentation skills and ability to advocate for creative choices
  • Own creative projects and tasks with guidance and support from senior leads

Requirements:

  • 3-7 years experience writing for an established consumer brand or startup
  • A link to your portfolio with strong examples of your work
  • Deadline-driven with strong time management skills
  • Basic understanding of digital analytics and performance tracking
  • Ability to nimbly balance brand voice and tone with various marketing strategies
  • Detailed in your execution but flexible in your approach
  • Effective presentation skills and ability to advocate for creative choices
