Onourem is a technology company dedicated to improving people's emotional and mental health. We conduct online and offline activities to help address social problems. One of the biggest challenges the world is facing is the degrading emotional and mental health of the people. 

Research has shown that social media is giving people a false sense of connection. Contrary to what 'social networking' suggests, more people today feel lonely, bored, sad, stressed, and insecure than ever. COVID-19 lockdown has only amplified this challenge. 

The good news is that Harvard's longest-running research on happiness suggests that deeper, meaningful relationships are the key to live a long, happy, healthy, and satisfying life. It is the quality of the social relations that make humans happy and not the number of relationships. We are better off investing in our close relationships than endlessly spending time on 'social networking' that is harmful for our relations and our mental health.

Job Summary

Onourem has created a fun mobile application that helps people build more meaningful, satisfying relationships. We are recruiting Online Marketing Associates as “Happiness Boosters” who would work with us in their communities to make people happier. Happiness Boosters will need to engage with their friends and family through Onourem Social Games mobile app (an invite-only community). Happiness Boosters will need to start the fun and meaningful conversations on the app to ensure a large number of people benefit from this free to use technology. Happiness Boosters will serve as the local community leaders who will drive conversations in their community to bring people closer together. We need this now, more than ever. 

Job Requirements

1. Create your own social groups on Onourem (referred to as O-Clubs). You can create O-Clubs for your family, friends, and other social circles.
   
2. Use Onourem Social Games mobile app and have fun every day for 30 days. You need to initiate the fun and meaningful interactions within your O-Clubs. 
   
3. Provide feedback to Onourem based on your experience.
   

Skills Needed

1. Leadership qualities like taking the initiative persistently if needed.
   
2. Emotional intelligence to understand which questions will spark fun and meaningful interactions in different kinds of friend/family groups
   
3. Friendly personality with good communication skills to be able to include a large number of people in various O-Clubs
   
4. Socially outgoing personality

            Paid Positons- Based on pre-defined project deliverables, a compensation of Rs.10,000 - Rs.20,000 and/or certificate will be provided.

            Unpaid Positions - Certificate and based on performance LOR can be provided.
