We are looking for candidates for an internship that would help them build their skills and knowledge. The selected candidates will be working with the founders. We look forward to a mutual corporate relationship.
We are specifically focused on providing specialized services around Manpower and Staff Recruitment, Salary Process Outsourcing (Payroll), Contractual Staffing. We help our clients implement these solutions through our skilled resourcing services.

Project 1- Cold Calling + Marketing and digital marketing analysis
· Helping the company to engage in business with clients.
· Identifying prospects by reading telephone and zip code directories and other prepared listings
· Calling prospective customers by operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems, and other telecommunications technologies as a part of tele-marketing
· Completing orders by recording names, addresses, and purchases; referring orders for filling
· Securing information by completing database backups
· Marketing - The candidates need to make cold calling to customers
· Digital Marketing- SEO AND SMES, Managing the platforms of social media pages and working on
· keywords for solar industry
Project 2- HR Generalist
· Hiring of the candidates for different domains
· On-boarding
· Time Attendance
· Induction
· Working on the HRMS Portal
· Exit Formalities.
Project 3- Graphic Designer
· Study design briefs and determine requirements
· Schedule projects and define budget constraints
· Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
· Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
· Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
· Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
· Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design
· Test graphics across various media
· Amend designs after feedback
· Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
Project 4-Data Analytics Intern
· Work directly with management to prioritize business and information needs
· Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
· Establish scalable, efficient, automated processes for large scale data analyses model development, model validation and model implementation
· Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and filter and “clean” data
· Maintain databases/data systems

Project 6 - MIS Intern
· Provide support and maintenance to existing management information systems (MIS).
· Generate and distribute management reports in an accurate and timely manner.
· Develops MIS documentation to allow for smooth operations and easy system maintenance.
· Provide recommendations to update current MIS to improve reporting efficiency and consistency.
· Perform data analysis for generating reports on a periodic basis.
· Develop MIS system for customer management and internal communication.
· Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to the management team.
· Generate both periodic and ad hoc reports as needed.
· Understand customer problems and provide appropriate technical solutions.
· Analyze business information to identify process improvements for increasing business efficiency and effectiveness.
Project 7- Content Writer
· Research industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews and studies)
· Write clear marketing copy to promote our products/services
· Prepare well-structured drafts using Content Management Systems
· Proofread and edit blog posts before publication
· Submit work to editors for input and approval
· Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles
· Conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic
· Promote content on social media
· Identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics
· Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone)
· Update website content as needed
