Please note that as per our campus hiring process, your students will have to fulfill the eligibility criteria listed below. Eligibility Criteria 2021 Batch :
• 2021 Batch of BCA / Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry & Statistics
• 50%in X, XII, Diploma, UG (all subjects will be taken into consideration) as per the university norms
• No standing arrears in current education.
• Maximum of 2 years, the gap in education.
• At the time of joining all recruits need to have 50% aggregate as per university norms (all subjects will be taken into consideration) in pursuing a degree with no standing arrears.
• Any students who have applied and waiting for re-evaluation be considered only with the initial results declared • Appropriate CGPA to % conversion to be considered. as per University norms.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Open only to Indian nationals.
• Flexible to relocate to anywhere in India, work in any shift/domain.

Online assessments followed by virtual interviews
Student Information :
• Please find attached the Candidate Information Template. We will use this data to generate Cognizant candidate ID. This ID will be unique for each student and will use to track their progress from Interview to Joining.
• Please share the eligible and interested student database as per the below guidelines on or before January 31, 2021. We will share the Cognizant candidate ID with you ahead of our visit to your campus.
• Students must have soft copies of the following for the recruitment process 0 2 recent passport size photographs (both ears must be visible, photo taken in light background) 0 Resume (maximum of 2 pages) 0 All academic mark sheets and certificates for verification.
• Students must have soft copies of their PAN Card, Aadhar card 8, Passport (front & back page).
• Colleges need to authenticate the % of the candidates, via the college administration department records prior to registering them for the recruitment process.
• Please ensure that only those students who meet our criteria can appear for the Cognizant placement process.

Service Desk :
Service desk analysts assess problems and issues with IT equipment and applications and help resolve these issues for users. Service desk analysts provide technical support and assistance to customers experiencing a wide range of computer problems. The job involves on-site or remote technical assistance including setting up of computer hardware systems, installing and upgrading software, and troubleshooting basic IT issues.
Skills required: Preferably from computer science 8, other science streams with extremely good communication skills 8, basic computer hardware and networking knowledge. Incumbents should be open to work in 24/7 shifts, should be open for relocation, and should have an assertive frame of mind while executing the day's tasks today.

Non Service desk associate has a wide range of activities spanning from Maintaining and administering computer networks and related computing environments including systems software, applications software, hardware, and configurations. Analyst need to monitor the production servers, scheduled jobs, incident management, and receiving incidents and requests from end-users, analyzing these and either responding to the end-user with a solution or escalating it to the other IT teams
Non Service desk associate has a wide range of activities spanning from Maintaining and administering computer networks and related computing environments including systems software, applications software, hardware, and configurations. Analyst need to monitor the production servers, scheduled jobs, incident management, and receiving incidents and requests from end-users, analyzing these and either responding to the end-user with a solution or escalating it to the other IT teams
Skills required: Preferably from computer science stream with a basic understanding of computer hardware, networking and should have fair analytical and problem-solving skills. Good interpersonal skills handling internal and external customers. Associates should be open to work in 24/7 shifts, any location, and should have an assertive frame of mind while executing the day's tasks today.
