Opportunity at TR Capital – Role: Analyst

We want to share an opportunity within my firm TR Capital. As a quick intro, TR Capital is a leader in the Asian secondary PE investments space, a high growth PE niche (more on this in the presentation link below), and we're headquartered in Hong Kong, with offices in Mumbai, Shanghai, and Shenzhen.

 

Every year we open the doors to young professionals looking to break into this space, through our "TR Academy" program. We are looking for candidates with 1-3 years of work experience (undergrad from a reputed college) that is relevant to a career in finance (i.e. if you cannot read and analyze a P&L, BS - this may not be for you). Please apply ONLY if you meet the above basic criteria. This specific opening is for a 2-year role (split between HK/Mumbai/Shanghai), and starts in July 2021. The quality of work is high, the team is small and ambitious, and you will work in live situations.

Requirements

- Candidate has to be strong in the following areas: Financial Accounting, Financial Modeling, and general analytical skills.

- Candidate has to be able to summarize analysis and thoughts in a form that is synthetic and easy to understand. Clear and concise communication is required. Willingness to express a view is also important.

- Previous working/internship experience in the financial sector is required, ideally in Private Equity/Investment Banking/Management Consulting.
