About the Job
We are looking to hire someone in our founding team in Sales Vertical.
In our Start-Up we are looking for someone who is willing to work as a hustler and
would love to multi task with ease.
The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities.
By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to
identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing
customers.
As we are looking for someone in the founding team, hence Salary discussion will be
done post selection.
Responsibilities
Meet and exceed sales targets.
Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts.
Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives.
Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers.
Would require to be on field ( after scheduling a meeting)
Qualifications
0-2 years' quota carrying sales experience ( Freshers are also welcomed)
Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems ( not must)
Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ready to be hustler and take responsibility.

Salary Structure :
Component Salary ( per month)
Fixed 20,000
Petrol Allowance ( fixed) 2,000 ( for Mumbai & Delhi)
Incentives Upto 20,000
