Fellowship Opportunities for Students

We are running a 60-day live fellowship cum live project for students from reputed universities. This is a part of SIDBI Mission Swavalamban, under which we are looking to transform 10,000 unemployed/underemployed/reverse-migrants into micro/nano-entrepreneurs. We feel that this can be a unique opportunity for your students to interact with hundreds of aspirants from 5 states of India (UP, Bihar, Jharkhand, Odisha, and Telangana) and their entrepreneurial competencies while learning a lot in the process.

5. We are actively recruiting volunteers/interns who will work on this Mission with our core team for 60 days and enable micro-entrepreneurs in the process. Please note that the mode of engagement will be virtual. However preference will be given to applicants from one of our focus states for minimizing language and thus communication barriers with the micro-enterprise aspirants. 6. Joining date will be dependent on enrollment of students in the project.
7. Yes, we do have stipend in this internship, in order to motivate fellows we have a systematic system of targets on which we disburse stipend. 
8. Recruitment is done directly and further selection is done as per attendance, activeness, dedication and performance of the students.

Following are terms and conditions for the internship.

1.) Your certificate will be released once you will be associated with LetsEndorse for 60 days. It will be 6 days in a

week. And if you will take any leave in between it will be extended accordingly.

2.) Those you are working on Profiling will be paid - Rs.2000 for 200 no. of profiles / Rs.3000 for 250 no. of

profiles / Rs.4000 for 300 no. of profiles

3.) Those who are working on DD+BP will be paid - Rs.2000 for 70 no. of Bplans / Rs.3000 for 100 no. of Bplans/

Rs.4000 for 120 no. of Bplans (Please note that Bplans should be verified by PMU)

4.) Exceptional SAARTHIs get an offer to engage with the Mission after 60 days

5.) A letter of recommendation for out-performers. (Decided by PMU)

6.) Immense learning on diverse topics associated with starting a micro-business through an array of trainings and

orientation by the mission team on the process and platform

Stipend will be paid on the basis of No. of Profiling done, Business Plan made (upto Rs. 4000). Stipend will be paid once

SAARTHI will complete the total fellowship period that is 60 days. There will be no partial payment. Amount will not be

dispersed on a pro-rata basis. It will be paid as per the target mentioned above.
