 Job Description - Curriculum Associate - Content Development

Required: the final year 2022 batch of BA/MA - English

We are one of the worlds leading education-media-technology companies and we are now in the process of building our team of subject matter e parts in the English Language. As a Curriculum Associate, you are required to:

Responsibilities:

● Contribute to the ongoing development of the English language curriculum for children across Indian parent geographies and demographics.

● Develop the lesson plans for 1:4 live classes

● Develop curriculum documents, storyboards, teacher manuals and ensure all content meets pedagogical objectives and is age-appropriate.

● Collaborate with the internal team to come up with fresh and creative ways of developing material.

● Research grade-appropriate material, children's literature.

● Participate in rigorous peer review processes with the goal of improving the quality and pedagogical creativity of the product.

● Participate in multiple projects and consistently meet deadlines.

● Stay abreast of education trends and best practices.

The salary package 
CTC: 06 LPA = (05 LPA Fixed + 01 LPA Variable)
