Responsibilities : | |
Source, identify, qualify and represent top performing sales and technical professionals for our clients. Source candidates, conduct first round screens, schedule subsequent interviews till closure. Build and manage a database of candidates | |
Manage candidate relationship from application through to offer acceptance | |
Work very closely to ensure quality of profiles submitted, understanding of the role, backed with market research, and careful monitoring to ensure that roles are removed effectively and we achieve maximum conversions | |
Excel at relationship building in order to grow your candidate base through referrals. | |
Result driven environment (quality approach versus number of submissions) | |
Responsible to source candidates within the European and US job market for positions in Technology and Delivery IT professionals. | |
Qualities Required : | |
Being able to efficiently schedule meetings with busy people and keep track of hundreds of candidates. | |
Being able to understand and genuinely like technology and non tech recruiting, and are eager to learn more, explore on your own and contribute your knowledge in helping the team members learn from you. | |
Remember you need not be a techie, but just be interested in knowing the trends. | |
