Internship

We are a youth media startup with a group of 15 in-house bloggers, designers and doodlers creating smart content online, spiced with wit and wisdom. 

We were recently the Official Blog Partner for the Bollywood hit movies: Bareilly Ki Barfi, Vidya Balan's Tumhari Sulu and the recently released Kaalakaandi (Saif Ali Khan). 

 

ED Times was also ranked amongst the Top 10 Youth Blogs worldwide*, was covered by Radio Mirchi 98.3 FM and is now a part of Google News.

Internship: 

Please read tons of blogs on ED Times to get a hang of the kind of content we do. Read our About Us section too to understand what we do and why (please find all our links in the signature below). 

We will need a relevant, original sample blog from you for ED, which is similar to the work we publish, for the purpose of application screening, along with CV.

Mail both at edtimes.in@gmail.com by 30th March.  

Check length, tonality, style, presentation, story ideas, content etc. 

Summer Internship T&Cs:

10 blogs every month for next 3 months

Minimum 2 blogs a week have to be published (weekly targets)

ED meetings are mandatory to attend (if in Delhi) (happens once a month towards the end on a Sat/Sun)

Letter of Recommendation for successful completion of 3 months, if your work, contribution and attitude is found to be exemplary, worth endorsing. 

Otherwise certificate will be issued.

We look for self starters, people who believe in learning at all times, are not resistant to change, are non arrogant and can take ownership of new projects on their own to get things done. 

Signing of a NDA is mandatory (non disclosure, no plagiarism and no working with any competing organisation while in ED) and a small FB task 

15 days unpaid probation (to see timely delivery of blogs and professionalism, attitude etc.), if graduated, then next 2.5 months paid @ INR 1,500 per month. 

Other avenues in ED: graphic designer, doodler, SEO expert etc.
