JOB DESCRIPTION: Client service through voice processing (no field work) Communicate to clients about the products & services Follow-up with clients to update products and services Assisting in implementing the work strategy set by the Management Generate the leads of prospective clients Lead conversion Review market trends and preferences DESIRED CANDIDATE MUST POSSESS: Proficiency in communication and presentation skills Excellency in client handling and servicing Telephonic manners & etiquettes Knowledge of financial market (additional advantage) Highly performance/target oriented nature Confidence, honesty and pleasing sales manners
