What we do:
We develop web applications, mobile applications and websites
Eligible criteria for attending the Pool Campus Drive:
● Students from 2018 M. Sc (Computer Science) batch only
● Minimum 50% marks in aggregate and mathematics in standard X and XII board
examinations
Salary Structure:
● Stipend as a Trainee Software Engineer - For the first six months from the date of joining
: 10,000 INR/per month
● Post successful completion of the training period, employees will promote to Software
Engineer
● Salary range will be between 2.5 lakhs to 3 lakhs INR per annum.
● Salary structure and promotion will be purely based on employee’s skill and capability
What is expected from the new joinee (freshers joining as trainee)
● Need to study a lot in terms of technology
● Appear for regular assessments
● Do research and development work
● Create great applications
● Adhere to company’s coding standard and live up to it
What we will provide to the new joinee (freshers joining as trainee)
● A semi-professional and friendly work culture
● Good guidance from the mentors
● Time for research and development work
● Working on latest technologies and learning new things
● Work recognitions and prizes
● Good compensation structure for deserving candidates
