About the company : Baazkart is an online emporium initiated to reduce the hassle of surveying a busy marketplace, subtracting the noise of all that bargaining, you would encounter at any market in India. As an E-Commerce Company dealing in traditional and ethnic products, Baazkart provides a wide assortment of edibles, traditional clothing, accessories and authentically hand made products, the shipping services are focused on delivering such products to national and international markets targeting NRI customers who had never been to their home towns, including customers from Europe and U.S.A. who are interested in ethnic and traditional products.

Digital Marketing Internship

        I.            Duration : 8 weeks

      II.            Criteria for application :

Ø  Strong grip on English Language Spoken and Written

Ø  Communication Skills

Ø  Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Ø  Should be social media freak i.e. should be active on their social media handles

Ø  Creative and Enthusiastic people.

Ø  Basic knowledge of digital marketing.

    III.            Job Description and Expected Deliverables –

1) Increase Social Media presence-to increase likes & followers (with the mentioned target audience) on different social media platforms.

2) To increase Post engagement on all platforms.

3) To increase Reach of the post to the target audience.

4)Increased number of influencers endorsing Baazkart. Baazkart being mentioned by influencers on their Social pages leading to increased brand presence.

5) Leads to Website from social media pages and conversions in terms of product orders through the same.

6) Increased ROI and Conversions through Social Media Ads.

7) Feature a set of Baazkart keywords on first/second page of Google in a given time span.

8) To improve Page Rank and website ranking of Baazkart.

9) Increase website traffic and maximizing the defined target audience.

10) Increase conversions from website traffic/views to product orders/sales.

11) Increase back links of Baazkart on other related websites.

12) Improve average time & page views on Baazkart webpage

13) Reduce Bounce rate on Baazkart website and all its landing pages.

14) Meet the targets assigned by the company on regular basis.

The above mentioned Job Responsibilities & expected deliverables are not exhaustive and will expand according to the requirements and situations. You may need to travel across the city(Bangalore) as well as different locations based on requirements.

Project Steps

 Baazkart.com offers several lucrative deals for purchasing several traditional and ethnic Indian Products from time to time on our offers section.

 Find people in your network (Friends/ Family) who are likely to be interested in Baazkart's deals.

 Then get each of these people to buy a deal (one or more products) from Baazkart’s Offer section. [Note: The person who is about to make a transaction will be required to tell the transaction details with his/her Name, phone number and email id]

 Once a deal is selected and payment is made, an order ID is generated.  - The customer receives this order ID as a SMS/ Email/ 'My Orders' section.  - The Order ID always begins from the alphabet BZ

 You will be required to submit the following to get approvals on your work:

1. Name of the person (who has done the transaction)

 2. The person's Email Id

3. Mobile Number

4. Order ID

Expected Project Output

Selected affiliates are expected to Get 20kgs transactions on Baazkart Cashew Offer section, over the week i.e. 7 days).

Type of Interaction

Virtual with flexible work hours. Student will be expected to spend 2 hours/Day. All interaction will happen over email/Group Chat/phone. No need to visit the office.
