Agrud.com was created with the idea to disrupt the financial industry in Data, Analytics, and Personalization. The Wealth Management industry has been dominated by a few large private banks that focus their expertise in growing the wealth of high net worth individuals. With Democratization of wealth and a prospering middle class, fresh lucrative opportunities have opened allowing new entrants to disrupt the space with technology. The growing Tech savvy Mass Affluent demand “Wall Street Like Information and Advisory”. However, Data and information currently available is scattered across sources thereby lacking the personal touch and individual relevance. Moreover, it is short-term in nature having a bias for traders over investors. At Agrud, we have identified this need of the Mass Affluent and aim to aid them in their investment process by providing them with personal and relevant data and analytics in one place that is required for individual investment making decisions. Our Human-Like Artificial Intelligence technology, Stella, has been designed to scout the internet to gather, analyze and distribute structured and unstructured data and information to investors. Stella thereafter continues to track each investors portfolio, based on their personal preferences, keeping a check on latest trends that may affect it and communicates it personally to each investor. Our vision is to democratize financial information and give the Mass Affluent what they seek:“Wall Street Like Data and Analytics”.


Job Post- Admin Assistant

Location- Kolkata - 700029

Required Qualification- Applicants pursuing any degree but having relevant skills and
interest may apply. (B.Com / BBA / M.Com)

We are looking for a responsible and dynamic Administrative Assistant to perform a
variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The duties of the Administrative Assistant
involves providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office
needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities:
● Provide full admin support to the team and department.
● Perform data-entry, documentation, printing and filling duties.
● Maintain a proper and user-friendly filling and document control system for
recording and tracking of all documents.
● Support the officers in daily admin roles and to keep stock of stationery
supplies for the department.
● Put up purchase requests for all approved purchases for the necessary
approvals and verify invoices for the raised purchases upon delivery of goods
and services.
● Create and maintain useful databases for the department.
● Perform some research work as and when required by the team.
● Assist the Dept head to maintain a proper attendance and tracking report for
the Dept.
● Assist on any ad-hoc tasks as and when required by the dept.
● Banking Related Work.
● Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
● Prepare bank deposits.
● Working with sales, purchase invoice, ledgers, and spreadsheets.
● Field Work as and when required.

Requirements- Proficiency in MS Office

Stipend: Rs.5000/- pm (Mon -Fri 10 am - 7 pm)
