This assistant manager will coordinate and manage all customer related services. This is mostly a desk job that will demand fast and efficient working on a desktop computer and smart phone. He/she will report directly to the co-founders. Given the small size of our company the employee will work closely with everybody from the designers to the management. Must be enthusiastic and be willing to execute all marketing exercises being undertaken by company. He/she must be willing to go over and above what the job demands from time to time- for example, helping with deliveries, traveling outside the city for events, if any. Must be open minded and have a willingness to learn and grow with an interest in any kind of arts (music, food, books).
Key Responsibilities: ⁃ Engaging clients on a daily on all social media platforms, email and phone.
⁃ Generate sales and marketing reports. Gather and share business insights/ideas with managers
⁃ Executing marketing and branding campaigns- online and offline events
⁃ Excellent multi tasking abilities along with coordination skills. Should be able to work under time based deadlines

Required skills-
- Must be a graduate with a BA, BBA, BSc, BCom or equivalent degree
- 10th and 12th grades should be 75% and above.
- Excellent in writing, reading and speaking in English.
⁃ Proficient with Google Drive (sheets, Calendar), MS office (excel and PowerPoint) and internet/social media applications (Google, Facebook, Instagram)
