Designation – Executive - Client Servicing, IBD
Age: Around 25-32 years
Required: 2 to 5 years of Experienced Graduate / Post Graduate : B.Com / BBA / M.Com - Marketing / Sales ( 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 batch)
Experience: May or may not have experience in dealing with export clients and sales/marketing. Should have hands on grasping capacity.
Communication Skills: Should be profound in the English language – reading, writing and speaking.
KRA –
1. Understand the dynamics/political situations of each country and build knowledge on demographics and stationery industry, customer and consumer needs
2. Maintain updated competition data and information, new launches, product trends, etc. and propose new price segments and categories.
3. Regular coordination and follow-ups in regards to order generation, performance analysis, and market development, generating PIs and WOs, tracking order status, booking ships/cargo, etc.
4. Debt Management – controlling payments (due and over dues)
Analysis of MIS on country performance – channels of sales, secondary sales – customer/region/product, inventory management, marketing activities, etc. Random inspection of goods during production and follow up for on-time delivery from production. Miscellaneous activities – understanding export incentives, documentation, import license, etc.
CTC : Rs. 5 - 6 Lacs p.a.
