Job Title: Subject Matter Expert Summary: A Subject Matter Expert (SME) is a vital source of knowledge, capability, and expertise in their core subjects. As a subject matter expert for doubts on chat, your role would be to help students clear their doubts as and when they have them and also help them improve their problem-solving skills and basic concept knowledge.
Location: Pune
Role and Responsibilities: Clear students doubts on chat and help them improve their problem-solving skills Manage a team of freelancers to ensure a seamless experience for the students using our platform Training of freelancers and providing them regular feedback on their interaction with students
Eligibility Criteria: Expert in either Physics, Chemistry, Maths, Biology, English or Social Science
Have excellent spoken and written communication skills Able to work effectively under pressure Qualifications
Required: Fresh Graduate BSc / MSc - BSc or BEd - Physics, Chemistry, Maths, Biology, English or Social Science
CTC: Rs. 4/- Lakhs per annum (including Fixed+Variable)
