Gifting Specialist – The Gift Studio by Nature's Basket
Position Summary
The Gifting Specialist will be responsible for designing and creating attractive visual displays for our retail outlets. The Gifting Specialist will have to use his/her skills in hamper design, visual design and space utilization to enhance the aesthetic appeal of the products, window displays, walkways, counters, and in-store displays.
Major Accountabilities
· Providing customers with an excellent in-store experience.
· Employ visual merchandising principles to convert window shoppers into prospects by driving branding and sales objectives of The Gift Studio, in order to maximize profitability.
· Creating and implementing a visual merchandising strategy for The Gift Studio at our stores.
· Ensuring the strategy is in line with The Gift Studio as a brand, the products that we offer, and the target market.
· Sourcing the props, creative materials, and accessories for creating attractive gifting displays.
· Installing and setting up window displays, walkways, counters, and in-store displays in line with the vision for The Gift Studio.
· Changing displays to promote new product launches or to reflect festive or seasonal themes.
· Ensuring uniformity of displays across multiple store locations.
· Generating sales through creative retail displays related to The Gift Studio that capturing the customer’s attention.
· Conversing with customers to identify and assess needs & achieve customer satisfaction.
· Coordination with stores to ensure on-time deliveries of bulk orders.
· Assist with product and hamper photoshoots.
Skills & Requirements
Candidates who wish to apply for this position should be a graduate with a degree in design, B.Com, Bachelors in Multimedia, Mass Communication, BBA, etc.
Candidates with prior experience & a good understanding of retail visual merchandising will be preferred
Communication and interpersonal skills, including both verbal and written.
Highly motivated and works well both independently and in a team environment.
Work Environment
Job Location: The job profile will require frequent store visits within Kolkata
Stipend Per Month: Rs. 15,000
Duration: 6 months. (Can be extended further based on the performance of the candidate)
