WiTech India is a part of WiTech ( Women in Technology) is a Non- Profit Organisation. Our goal is to identify women interested in technology and those who are already doing well in their field. Network them in a way so they could support each other through their advice and counseling and they get a role model to look up to. We would like to help those people to have access to the resources, excel in their field, and themselves becoming a source of inspiration, and inspire others.
Name of post:- SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER
No. of openings:- 1
Internship Duration:- 6 months
Intern Roles:-
● Lead a cross-functional team of marketing specialists, content writers, and
graphic designers professionally to meet the expectations of customers
associated with WiTech India.
● Evaluate trends, assess new data, and be up-to-date with the latest marketing
techniques.
● Produce fresh, innovative work that translates complex ideas into
compelling digital experience to provide a digital experience.
● Present, oversee presentation of final concepts, and maximize the concept
development as per the needs and requirements of the firm.
● Should be highly skilled in leading a team of creative talent.
Skills:-
● Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Marketing and Communications / Business.
● An in-depth knowledge about brand development and multichannel
marketing models.
● Brilliant interpersonal and communication skills.
● Solid understanding about project management / business objectives.
● Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
● Distributed Team Management.
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:-
● UG/PG in journalism, advertising, or communications.
● Additional courses pursued in business, management, finance, etc. would be
an added advantage.
Name of post:- MARKETING SPECIALIST INTERNS

Internship Duration:- 3 months
Intern Roles:-
● Contribute towards marketing effectiveness by executing promotional events
and campaigns.
● Maintain relations with customers by organizing and developing customer-
relation programs and determining WiTech India’s presence at conventions,
meetings, and seminars.
● Assist in inbound and outbound marketing activities.
● Address advertising needs to ensure brand consistency and set specific
objectives to develop a cohesive marketing strategy for WiTech India.
● Maintain technical and professional knowledge by attending / organizing
educational workshops, and establish professional and personal networks.
Skills:-
● Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in marketing or a related field.
● Working knowledge on marketing tools and social media platforms is a
must.
● Thorough knowledge on SEO, Data Analytics, and Google Adwords.
● Collaborative problem solving skills.
● Recommend courses of options and actions, and implement the directives
accordingly.
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:-
● UG/PG in marketing, communications, public relations, advertising or a
related field.
● A certain level of professional experience will be an added advantage.
Name of post:- CONTENT WRITER
No. of openings:- 2
Internship Duration:- 3 months
Intern Roles:-
● Determine the needs of the technical documentation to be carried out
according to the format prescribed by WiTech India.
● Contribute towards WiTech India’s blogs and PR articles to build a brand
voice across multiple channels.
● Develop, monitor, and maintain social media content for WiTech India.
● Edit, proofread, and polish content to engage the reading audience.
● Incorporate animations, illustrations, and infographics to increase users’
understanding of the content.
● Assist the marketing team in developing content for advertising campaigns.
Skills:-
● Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in a technical field is a must.
● Google Adwords and Wordpress.
● Working experience on social media platforms is a requisite for this
position- How they work, how to publish content on those platforms, etc.
● Portfolio of published blogs and articles.
● Excellent editing skills and knowledge about proofreading, and content
management systems.
● Well-organized and detail oriented partnered with creative writing abilities.
● Technical Documentation.
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:-
● UG/PG preferably in English literature, journalism, technical field, or a
related field.
Name of post:- GRAPHIC DESIGNER
No. of openings:- 2
Internship Duration:- 3 months
Intern Roles:-
● Look after the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing, and
creating graphics in the form of infographics, logos, illustrations, layouts,
etc.
● Ensure final graphics and statistics are visually appealing.
● Conceptualize visuals based on the needs of the project.
● Study and execute design briefs according to the requirements and
guidelines laid out by WiTech India.
● Work with the marketing and content writing teams to produce the final
design.
Required Skills:-
● Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in graphic designing / design / fine arts.
● Working knowledge on design softwares and technologies like Photoshop,
InDesign, Illustrator, etc.
● Portfolio of published illustrations and graphics.
● Ability to work in a methodological manner and meet deadlines.
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:-
● UG/PG in Graphic Designing, design, fine arts or a related field.
● An associate’s degree or a certificate in graphic designing from a reputed
institute would be an added advantage.
