Housewise is India's first professionally managed property management startup. Housewise was founded by graduates from IIT after several years of their leadership careers with the industry. Housewise provides property management services to non-residents from 25 countries in 8 cities in India - Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Delhi NCR, Mumbai. The purpose of the company is to help Non-resident Indians manage their properties in India by unlocking the value of a large asset, leveraging technology and employing trusted professionals. Housewise is an ambitious startup, growing at 3X during FY 2019-20 and plan to grow 7X during FY 20-21. 


Job Location: Kolkata

Job Description:

Selected Candidate day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handle end-to-end responsibility for managing operations in their respective city. 2. Ensure physical verification of the property and handle the advertising of the property

online. 3. Coordinate visits with prospective tenants, conduct a property inspection and ensure complete handover while tenants move in or move out.

Candidate Requirement: (only male candidates apply and who’re ready to travel (30- 40kms per day within their city)

1. Candidate should be good in communication skills. 2. Candidate must be comfortable with travelling within the city and should own a two-wheeler. 3. Candidates should have an entrepreneurial mindset, should be driven and identify her/his own success with the success of the company. Stipend : Rs 225/- per day. (1. If they travel less than or equal to 40kms, they'll be paid 2 days stipend. 2. If they travel more than 40 kms, they'll be paid 3 days stipend.)

Incentives = 15% of the fee collected from the tenant; minimum incentive of Rs 1000 for

every property rented out. No other allowances will be provided during the Internship tenure.
