Paara Digital Education Pvt. Ltd. was established in August 2020 and is a Govt. of India recognized startup with the sole motive of providing education in the field of finance. Since our establishment, we have seen a steady rise in our student base and we are committed to providing them the best in class educational services. 

Currently we cater to the Bengali speaking audience and provide them with stock market oriented educational content in the form of online courses and  workshops in their mother tongue. We are proud to mention that :

Job Title: Product Developer

Job Overview

Working towards developing our online product catalogue which includes recorded courses, workshops, interactive classes based on stock market/financial education. The main purpose being to provide for the ever growing demand for financial education.

Responsibilities and duties

1. Brainstorming new product ideas. 2. Analyzing product opportunities and obstacles. 3. Playing an integral part in product development. 4. Revamping current product catalogue.

Candidate qualification

1. B.Com (Hons) Finance/ BMS (Hons) Finance graduates. 

2. Should be a team player and should understand how the team functions. 3. Should have the capacity to think out of the box and come up with new ideas. 4. Should have the zeal to create new benchmarks in their own field.

Compensation: Rs. 3.0 - 3.6 LPA based on candidate profile.

Job role structure: Candidates selected would be under probation for a period of 6 months post which they will be made permanent depending on their performance.


Job Title: Systems Engineer

Job Overview

Working towards managing and developing our backend systems which includes website hosting, CRM, payment gateways, automations, logistical systems etc. The main focus is to efficiently manage, track and resolve system related issues.

Responsibilities and duties

1. Managing current tech stack. 2. Analyzing system opportunities and obstacles. 3. Developing new systems as per need. 4. Resolving system issues with minimum TAT.

Candidate qualification

1. B.Sc (Hons) Computer Science graduates.

2. Should be a team player and should understand how the team functions. 3. Should have the capacity to think out of the box and come up with new ideas. 4. Should have the zeal to create new benchmarks in their own field.

Compensation: Rs. 3.0 - 3.6 LPA based on candidate profile.

Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive

Job Overview

Working towards managing and developing our marketing wing. Assisting the marketing team on ongoing projects, marketing analysis and relevant solutions.

Responsibilities and duties

1. Designing marketing projects which include graphic design, copy, web page design etc. 2. Analyzing customer psychology and adhering to their needs. 3. Providing competitive analysis reports. 4. Strategizing relevant funnel systems.

Candidate qualification

1. BMS (Hons) Marketing graduates.

2. Should be fluent in Bengali and English (S/R/W). 3. Should be a team player and should understand how the team functions. 4. Should have the capacity to think out of the box and come up with new ideas. 5. Should have the zeal to create new benchmarks in their own field.

1. Strategically creating product based communities 2. Managing interaction within communities 3. Providing unique engagement ideas for communities 4. Growing the community at a requisite pace.

Candidate qualification

1. BA Mass Communication/ MCP graduates.

2. Should be fluent in Bengali and English (S/R/W). 3. Should be a team player and should understand how the team functions. 4. Should have the capacity to think out of the box and come up with new ideas. 5. Should have the zeal to create new benchmarks in their own field.
