Agya Ventures is a venture developer focused on seeding businesses in real estate and
insurance. We are looking to build a compelling product, partnering with smart capital, and
recruiting the best talent to enable efficiencies through technology in these 2 industries.
We are a team of former Yale College undergraduates, Harvard Business School MBA and
Blackstone private equity alums looking to hire a razor-sharp, motivated intern to contribute
towards an exciting juncture in our organization.
Required: B.Com, BBA, Economics, Statistics
Her / His responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
1. Create a dynamic shortlist of ideas and business models that have successfully
penetrated the real estate technology market in the United States and United
Kingdom
2. Contextualize ideas and business models for Agya’s target geographies
3. Prioritize ideas and business models and engage with Agya’s venture advisors and
industry leaders to further refine thesis
4. Collaborate with Agya’s venture development team to build and test prototypes for
shortlisted ideas and business models
5. Keep a pulse of the real estate and real estate tech market to find attractive
opportunities for technology transfer plays
6. Build Agya’s presence in real estate, technology and venture capital
7. Finally, roll-up sleeves and do whatever is required to make this the journey of a
lifetime!
Attributes and qualifications that we are looking for in the ideal candidate:
1. A driven, ambitious person with an innate sense of humility
2. Demonstrated interest in venture capital and technology
3. Top-notch academic qualifications
4. Proven research skills
5. Ability to communicate effectively and define vision and theses cogently
6. Strong interpersonal skills
