Requirements
We are looking for interns who are motivated to learn and can intern with AUM Capital for 2
months starting from May (or May-mid). Our aim is to provide holistic development for all our
interns and groom them to face the corporate world.

1. Business Development Intern
Qualification: B.Com, BBA students (2nd/3rd year Marketing /Finance)

Positions: 3

Job Description
 Pitching the product to prospective clients and carrying out the final sales process
 Meeting various associates and partners and forging business relationships with them.
 Ground level understanding of the mindset of customers and getting insights into customer
research.

2. Marketing Intern
Qualification: B.Com, BBA students

Position: 1

Job Description
 Strategizing and executing marketing campaigns for the brand and product awareness of
AUM Capital with the use of Social & Digital Media Marketing
 Use of emerging marketing tools such as Whatsapp Business, Email Marketing.

3. Analytics Intern
Skills Required: Proficient with analytics tools such as R or Python and Advanced Excel

Job Description
 Learn about the analytics platform of a leading finance company
 Use various transaction and reporting tools to create meaningful reports
 Use research and analytical tools on large financial data sets.
4. Knowledge Management & Training

Skills required: Good communications skills, Proficient with Microsoft Office

Job Description
 Get trained in developing various Training Modules for the interns and employees.
 Assist with the development and delivering of online and offline learning tools.
