Position: Assistant Operations Manager

Job Role:

Our expanding company is seeking to hire an Operations Manager to join our leadership team. You will

be in charge of providing inspired leadership for the operation for one of our organization's lines of

business, which involves making important policy and strategic decisions, as well as the development and

implementation of operational policies and procedures.

Job Description:

 Ensure all systems operate smoothly and align with our quality standards

 Maximize the efficiency of all business procedures

 Build processes that are optimum and meet our business objectives

 Identify the loopholes in the process and take immediate actions for the same

 Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures

 Researching new technologies and alternative methods of efficiency.

 Accomplish operations and organization mission by completing related results as needed

 Communicate job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising and reviewing job contributions

 Work with the board of directors to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-

term goals.

 Setting and reviewing budgets and managing operations cost

Requirements

 Good knowledge of operational flow

 Exceptional communication skills

 The ability to interpret financial data and allocate budgets

Salary: Rs.3/- to Rs.4.20/- lacs p.a.
