The UberEATS team is looking for an Account Coordinator to work directly with our restaurant partners. We are looking for someone with strong analytical and written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about customer service. The Account Coordinator will work with EATS restaurants to provide the support, tools, and resources they need to have a top-notch experience and succeed on the platform. The Account Coordinator will provide exceptional customer service for UberEATS restaurants and will and leverage restaurant feedback to contribute to the development of the Account Management program.

Required: Final year 2019 batch B.Com, BBA, Economics, English, Mass Com

• Manage day-to-day communication with a portfolio of UberEATS restaurants
• Respond to inbound restaurant support issues and inquiries professionally and compassionately
• Assist in ongoing technical setup and account changes, while ensuring tools and resources are best utilized and well understood by our restaurant partners
• Provide ongoing education to restaurants on the UberEATS product and features
• Execute on the distribution of scaled and personal email communications to restaurants
• Analyze and report trends from restaurant feedback, to contribute to process and service improvements

What do we need?

• 0-2 years of professional work experience in support, sales, vendor management or account management (relevant internships considered)
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with restaurant partners over email, phone, and in person
• Personable, highly organized, and patient approach to communication and issue resolution
• Operational and analytical aptitude to help build, inform, and execute on business process
• Customer service-related experience
• Self-motivation and drive to exceed expectations

CTC : Rs 5/- to 6/- Lakhs p.a.
