Marketing Students:

 

1) will involve in all marketing activities like Digital Marketing, Natural Marketing.

2) when they will involve in the marketing scope of learning Interpersonal relationship skills.

3) will involve in B2B and B2C.

4) will understand need base selling, and scope to reach company expectations also.

5) Need to sell marketing products also 

 

 

Finance Students:

 

1) will undergo about company Underwriting Norms these students will come to know what is primary underwriting so in future may look for underwrite role.

2) A Very clear understanding of ULIPS and MF.

3) Complete understanding of fund performances and fund portfolio. 

4) will involve in the Underwriting process and operations sustainability.  

5) Need to sell asset management products also

 

NET students are expected to involve all related activities as per the specialization.

3.) Involve

 A better manager is the person who takes out maximum output from its human recourse. You should have 1 month work plan in advance.

 Every week your team should work at least for 3 hours.

 You can involve you team in following activities: Children Education / Adult Education /Govt. Schemes

education/Plantation drive / Waste Management/ /Health & Fitness: Yoga camps.(all the activities should be online)

 Conduct webinar on food habits / Common health problem & cure / Social Justice.

 Organize weekly core team meeting on every Saturday.

4.) Evaluate

 Umeed always believes in disciplined quality work, so take care of it.

 Allot Hours (Hrs) to team members as per their work.

 Allot 1 hour/week to member if he/she share our every post on Facebook/Twitter/Instagram.

5.) Reward

 If any of your team member successfully completes his/her 60 hrs within your supervision, than he/she is eligible for “Letter of Recommendation (LoR)” After every activity, appreciate the best performer.
